Mission Statements

The Mission of the New Horizons Musical Organization of the Lakes Region is to promote “music for life” by creating band performance opportunities for mature adult musician who seek to make beautiful music together, for the enjoyment of members and audiences alike.

It is the Educational Mission of the New Horizons Musical Organization of the Lakes Region to include and encourage middle and high school level instrumental band students the opportunity to grow and experience ensemble literature and performance by attending rehearsals and concerts with the New Horizon Band. These students’ participation fee will be waived.

New Horizons Musical Organization of the Lakes Region performs Indenpendentia March at the Festival of New Hampshire Community Bands in 2019. You can find more videos of this concert on the Pictures & Videos page.
