New Horizons Band of the Lakes Region and Power Chords Chorus Concert at the Colonial Theatre,

The New Horizons Band of the Lakes Region, under the direction of Debbi Gibson, is delighted to present a joyful evening of holiday music and good cheer at the Colonial Theatre in Laconia on Tuesday December 16, 2025. Joining the band will be the Power Chords, led by the Powerhouse Theatre Collaborative under the direction of Lorraine Barrows. Doors will be open at 6:00 PM and the concert starts at 7:00 PM. Tickets are free but you will need to get a ticket for admission to the concert. The concert has open seating.

Mission Statements

The Mission of the New Horizons Musical Organization of the Lakes Region is to promote “music for life” by creating band performance opportunities for mature adult musician who seek to make beautiful music together, for the enjoyment of members and audiences alike.

It is the Educational Mission of the New Horizons Musical Organization of the Lakes Region to include and encourage middle and high school level instrumental band students the opportunity to grow and experience ensemble literature and performance by attending rehearsals and concerts with the New Horizon Band. These students’ participation fee will be waived.
